If legal action is necessary to recover a debt Omni Bridgeway manages and coordinates any kind of litigation or arbitration against sovereign, quasi-sovereign and corporate debtors on a no success, no fee basis. International Dispute Resolution

Based on its experience in funding and managing emerging market litigation, Omni Bridgeway established a service of international litigation and arbitration management in general. This service is not limited to the emerging market arena, but encompasses the entire field of cross-border litigation and arbitration. In particular the complex and cost intensive investment treaty arbitrations under for example the rules of ICSID, ICC, SIAC, LCIA and the UNCITRAL Arbitral Rules qualify for this service. By funding, co-ordinating and managing the legal process on no success, no fee terms, Omni Bridgeway shares the risk with its clients while relieving them from the in-house distress of a time-consuming legal dispute. Debt Trading

Omni Bridgeway trades defaulted debt in the secondary market. When trading the debt Omni Bridgeway assists by identifying the investor and by monitoring and managing the transaction. Debt Investment

Omni Bridgeway acts as final investor of distressed debt by purchasing the debt for our own books. By doing this Omni Bridgeway is able to provide instant liquidity.

Portfolio Management

Omni Bridgeway manages portfolios for Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), insurance companies and banks with substantial numbers of distressed debts on their books. Portfolio management includes the development and implementation of a recovery strategy, monitoring of market developments and assessment of tax aspects. Outsourcing the management of a portfolio to Omni Bridgeway allows the client to focus on current and future business rather than spending time and money on sometimes heavily distressed cases.
